For orders with an actual payment amount below $200, the shipping fee is $15. Orders with an actual payment amount of $200 or more qualify for free standard shipping. The final product amount after discounts is used to determine whether free shipping applies.

We ship to most countries and regions, except Syria, Venezuela, North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Russia, Belarus, Crimea, the Donetsk region, and the Luhansk region. Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or uncollected package may be the customer’s responsibility.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive the product. The product must be unused, kept in its original packaging, and remain in a condition suitable for resale. Contact customer service before sending a return so that the correct instructions can be provided.
